Participation in the Capri Beauty Salon Pty Ltd model program is subject to voluntary registration by the individual and full acceptance of the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Registration Upon registration, the model will be asked to provide the following personal information:

 - Email address

 - Phone number
 

This data will be used exclusively for organizational and contact purposes, in accordance with current privacy legislation (Privacy Act 1988 – Australia).

2. Purpose of Participation

Participation as a model is part of a promotional activity aimed at creating visual and communication content for the salon’s marketing purposes.

3. Image Use Authorization

By accepting these terms, the model authorizes Capri Beauty Salon Pty Ltd to:

 - Capture photos, videos, live streams, and interviews during and after the treatment.

 - Use their image (face, hair, figure, voice) freely and without time limitations, including in combination with promotional texts, descriptions, or marketing strategies.

 - Publish and distribute this content across any platform, including but not limited to:

Social media (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube)

Website, blog, newsletters

Advertising, educational and promotional materials

Digital and printed formats

4. Model Responsibilities

The model agrees to:

Post at least one Instagram story and one Instagram post during or immediately after the treatment, tagging the salon and keeping the content visible on your profile.

Accept that the content may be used with promotional texts, naming, and marketing strategies at the sole discretion of the salon.

5. Participation Benefits

In return for participation, the model will receive:

 - Free treatments on the day of the event.

 - One $50 Gift Card to be used on any service of choice, under the following conditions:

Booking must be made within 15 days from the date of treatment.

The service must be redeemed within 30 days from the date of treatment.

Five $50 Gift Cards to give to friends, with the same conditions:

Booking must be made within 15 days, and the service used within 30 days.

Gift cards are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be combined or converted to cash.

6. Rights and Waivers

The model waives any financial compensation for the use of the content produced.

All media created will remain the exclusive property of Capri Beauty Salon Pty Ltd, which may edit, republish, or archive the content at its discretion.

7. Legal and Irrevocable Consent

By registering, the model:

Declares they have read and fully understood these Terms and Conditions.

Accepts all terms without reservation.

Grants full and irrevocable consent for the use of their image as outlined above.
