  • How can I book an appointment at Capri Beauty Salon?
    You can book directly through our website or by phone. A 25% deposit is required to confirm your booking.
  • Is it mandatory to pay a deposit to secure my booking?
    Yes. A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking. Only after payment is received will your appointment be officially confirmed.
  • Can I reschedule or cancel my appointment?
    Yes, you can reschedule or cancel with at least 48 hours’ notice. Otherwise, the deposit will not be refundable.
  • What happens if I am late to my appointment?
    If you arrive late, we may need to shorten your service time or reschedule your appointment. We recommend arriving at least 5 minutes early.
  • Will my deposit be refunded if I don’t show up?
    No. In case of a no-show without notice, the 25% deposit is non-refundable.
  • Why does Capri Beauty Salon require a deposit?
    We offer exclusive one-to-one appointments, dedicating time to each client individually. The deposit ensures mutual respect and commitment to the reserved time.
  • Do you offer free consultations?
    We include personalised consultations as part of your service appointment. Separate consultations without services may carry a dedicated fee.
  • What products do you use?
    We use only premium professional products selected for their quality and performance, including Olaplex, CPR, Redken, and high-end Italian brands.
  • Can I request a tailored treatment?
    Absolutely. Every treatment is fully customised after an in-depth consultation, respecting your hair’s structure and personal beauty goals.
  • What kind of experience can I expect at Capri Beauty Salon?
    You can expect a dedicated, personalised, and private experience — no crowds, no double bookings — just pure one-to-one attention and visible results.
  • Do you offer free corrections if I'm not happy with the result?
    Yes. If there is an issue with the service itself, we will offer a free correction. However, a change of mind is not considered a valid reason for a refund.
  • Can I request a refund if I am not satisfied?
    According to Australian Consumer Law (ACL), refunds apply only in cases of "major issues." Our first priority will always be to offer a correction.
  • Do you offer discounts or promotions?
    We mainly focus on exclusive, bespoke services. However, special promotions are occasionally available for Capri Club members.
  • Can I bring someone with me to my appointment?
    To preserve a calm, one-to-one experience, we kindly ask clients to attend alone unless otherwise agreed in advance.

  • Can I buy your products online?
    Yes, you can purchase our salon products online – but please note that all orders must be picked up in person at the salon.
  • Can I buy your products even if I’m not a salon client?
    Yes! Our products are available for everyone, whether you’ve had a service with us or not.
  • Do you offer home delivery for product purchases?
    At the moment, we don’t offer delivery – all online orders must be picked up in-salon.
  • Do you offer product consultations?
    Yes, we’re happy to help you choose the right products for your hair type and goals.
  • Do you have products for damaged or colour-treated hair?
    Yes, we stock professional treatments specifically designed for bleached, damaged, or chemically treated hair.
  • Are product purchases refundable?
    Due to hygiene reasons, opened products are non-refundable. If you’ve purchased the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible.
